The service

Gym Niyam is software for running a gym: members, fees, dues, check-in, staff, plans and reminders. We give each gym its own space and logins. Gym Niyam is invite-only, so an account is created for your gym by us.

Your account

The gym owner is responsible for the logins that belong to the gym and for what staff do with them. Keep passwords private, give each person their own login, and remove access when someone leaves. Tell us if you think a login was misused.

What the gym is responsible for

• The information you put in is accurate, and you have the right to keep it, including your members' agreement where the law needs it.
• You use members' phone numbers only for gym matters and follow WhatsApp's own rules when you message them.
• You look after your members' safety. Gym Niyam does not train anyone and does not replace a coach.
• You record payments truthfully. Gym Niyam does not collect your members' fees and is not an accounting or tax tool.

Workout and diet plans

Plans made by Gym Niyam are general guidance built from rules and a library of exercises and foods. They are not medical advice. A coach must review a plan before it reaches a member, and a person with a health condition, an injury or pregnancy should speak to a doctor first. The gym and its coaches are responsible for the plans they approve.

Plans and payment

A gym pays for a Gym Niyam plan for the period it chooses. Prices and limits are shown on the website and in the app. When online payment is available, it is handled by Razorpay. A period that has already started is not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. If a plan lapses, we may limit or switch off access until it is renewed, and we keep your data meanwhile.

Using Gym Niyam properly

• Do not use Gym Niyam for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harass anyone.
• Do not try to reach another gym's data, break the service or copy it.
• Do not upload anything you have no right to share.

We may suspend a gym that breaks these rules, after warning it where that is possible.

Availability

We work to keep Gym Niyam running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Keep your own record of anything critical. Gym Niyam is provided as it is.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Gym Niyam is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost income, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees the gym paid for its plan in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

A gym can stop using Gym Niyam at any time and can ask for its data. We may end the service to a gym for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After a gym leaves, we delete its data on request.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. If we change them in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell gym owners. Using Gym Niyam after that means you accept the change.
